    Job Description

    • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and organisational effectiveness.
    • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement programmes.
    • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organisational design, and people-related matters.
    • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver HR solutions that meet evolving business needs.
    • Lead change management initiatives to support organisational transformation and continuous improvement.
    • Analyse HR metrics and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making and recommend business-focused solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices.
    • Coach and develop people managers to strengthen leadership capability and enhance employee performance.
    • Support the implementation of HR programmes, policies, and initiatives that promote a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 12years of Human Resources experience, including at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role.
    • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent strategies, and organisational effectiveness.
    • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, organisational development, and leadership coaching.
    • Demonstrated success in leading strategic HR initiatives and organisational change.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with commercial objectives.
    • Experience using HR analytics and workforce insights to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
    • Experience within a multinational manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
