  You will partner closely with business users and technology teams to translate business needs into well-defined requirements and delivery plans. The role focuses on driving successful implementation and enhancement of solutions built on Salesforce Education Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and delivery timelines.
  Job Description

  • Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and business process flows.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Salesforce-related initiatives, from requirement definition through implementation, testing, and rollout.
  • Work with project teams and vendors to design fit-for-purpose Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities.
  • Coordinate and support project activities, including scope management, dependency tracking, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Plan and oversee UAT and system testing, working with business users to validate solutions against requirements and resolve defects.
  • Ensure solutions comply with IT governance, security standards, and data protection policies.
  • Support and enhance existing Salesforce-based modules by identifying improvement opportunities and driving continuous optimisation.

  Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, and/or Project Management, preferably in enterprise systems or CRM platforms.
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, user story definition, process modelling, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver technology solutions successfully.
  • Exposure to Salesforce platforms (Education Cloud experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
  • Highly analytical, structured, and methodical, with a strong focus on quality and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven team player with a strong sense of ownership and delivery accountability.
