- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Drive sales growth through efficient processes and strategies.
- Understand customer needs and ensure they are met.
- Lead customer proposals and presentations.
- Plan and implement strategies to retain and grow accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns and escalations.
- Support bids and RFQ processes as needed.
- Conduct business reviews and manage virtual teams.

- 5+ years in account management or sales, preferably in a service industry.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage SME to MNC accounts and work with cross-functional teams.

- Responsible for the overall operation and management of retail channels in the Southeast Asian market, both online and offline
- Develop channel strategies, optimize sales performance, and increase market share.
- Develop and implement market entry strategies, and drive business growth in Southeast Asian market trends.
- Achieve sales targets, monitor sales data, and optimize supply chain and inventory management.
- Build a team, improve team performance, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and optimize both online and offline shopping experiences.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management or a related field.
