    Job Description

    1. Campaign Management

    • Strategize, develop, and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals and outperform competitors.

    • Manage end-to-end campaign operations across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising channels.

    • Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (ROI, acquisition, engagement, and retention).

    2. Analytics & Performance

    • Track, analyze, and report campaign and website performance using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

    • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

    3. Content & Creative Oversight

    • Oversee the creation of localized digital content that reflects brand identity and resonates with target audiences.

    • Ensure all content complies with brand standards, delivering consistency across digital platforms.

    • Produce and manage compelling, conversion-driven content across owned and paid channels.

    4. Website & E-Commerce Management

    • Oversee the operation and performance of e-commerce websites and shop-in-shop platforms, ensuring an engaging user experience and strong conversion rates.

    • Manage regular site updates to maintain content accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment.

    • Identify and implement initiatives to strengthen online presence, drive traffic, and accelerate sales growth.

    5. Team Leadership

    • Lead, coach, and develop the digital marketing team to deliver excellence and innovation.

    • Cultivate cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve unified digital execution.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.

    • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.

    • Experience managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales performance.
