    Job Description

    This position is responsible for Taiwan’s overall HR operation. The role will support HR head to develop and execute HR strategy, which is in line with overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The major responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, retention and development, organizational culture cultivation and corporate image build up. This role will also partner with global HR team to implement corporate HR agenda in local organization.

    1. Talent Acquisition
      • Work with external partners to search and acquire right talents to meet organizational needs.
      • Design and implement talent acquisition programs, such as campus recruitment.
    2. Performance Management
      • Strengthen the alignment between HQ and site HR teams to support global performance management program.
      • Build two-way and effective communication methods to reach group HR team’s consensus and engagement.
    3. Retention and Development
      • Identify training needs and frame training strategy for Taiwan subsidiary.
      • Search suitable training programs and ensure the completeness of execution with positive impact.
      • Set up the career development plan for employees to develop capability matching to functional and/or individual goal.
      • Increase employees’ satisfaction and retain high potential employee in Taiwan.
    4. Organizational Culture Cultivation and Corporate Image Buildup
      • Enhance employee relationship by cultivating core values and team cultures, and fortify team cohesiveness.
      • Strategically build corporate image through external communication approach during the recruitment and other HR events.
    5. Others
      • Manage annual compensation cycle, such as monthly payroll and bonus review process, and guarantee the accuracy and competitiveness of compensation and benefits (C&B).
      • Establish and improve HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with local labor law.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or in a related field.
    • 7+ years' experience in Human Resource functions.
    • Well polished and solid HRBP skills to handle tough people issues or situations through a strong and solid HR system.
    • Familiar with Taiwan labor related laws and regulations.
    • Self-driven, responsible, respect diversity and multicultural organization.
    • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Good analytical and project management ability.
    • Ability to work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
