  We are seeking an Account Manager (70% farming and 30% hunting) to join our team. You will build strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee account strategies with support from teams across our network.
  Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Drive sales growth through efficient processes and strategies.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure they are met.
  • Lead customer proposals and presentations.
  • Plan and implement strategies to retain and grow accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns and escalations.
  • Support bids and RFQ processes as needed.
  • Conduct business reviews and manage virtual teams.

  Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management or sales, preferably in a service industry.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage SME to MNC accounts and work with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with supply chain / logistics sector is a plus.
