  • Strong team leadership with proven ability to drive sales and develop staff.

  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT) and commercial performance.

  • Ability to deliver exceptional luxury client experience and clienteling.

  • Fluent English with polished and professional presentation.
