    Job Description

    1. Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieve high Customer Satisfaction Index (CS index) targets.
    2. Monitor daily performance of team leaders and executives to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and address any deviations promptly.
    3. Promptly resolve issues to minimize aging transactions and customer disputes, fostering smooth transaction processing.
    4. Proactively liaise with key users to facilitate seamless transaction processing and maintain service quality.
    5. Identify performance gaps, provide effective coaching and training, develop initiatives aligned with company goals, and lead change management efforts.
