Permanent PositionOur client is seeking a qualified individual to join their professional team, tasked with overseeing financial, operational, and risk management reviews of the Group's operations within the region.Job Description
- Strategize and execute financial and operational audits as per the approved annual audit plan, employing a risk-oriented methodology.
- Produce accurate workpaper documentation adhering to Group Internal Audit documentation standards.
- Propose enhancements in departmental practices concerning systems, processes, or documentation.
- Develop and implement data analytics techniques tailored to specific projects.
- Ensure timely project completion within allocated budgets.
- Identify control activity deficiencies and provide insightful recommendations for process enhancements.
- Communicate audit findings to local management through closing meetings following fieldwork reviews.
- Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of financial and operational processes alongside related internal controls, ensuring adherence to the Group's corporate governance framework.
- Compile audit reports detailing issues, risks, and recommendations.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and special projects/reviews as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accountancy, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification recognized by The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
- Over 6 years of post-qualification audit experience with a Big 4 Accounting Firm or within the Internal Audit department
- Proficient in utilizing auditing tools and methodologies, including risk-based audit planning, analytical review, computer-assisted audit techniques, and data analytics.
- Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrates effective business communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Willingness to travel overseas, approximately 50% of the time.
