  Job Description

  • Lead, manage and motivate the production team to ensure efficient, safe and high-quality operations.
  • Apply strong mechanical and chemical engineering knowledge to develop, maintain, and optimize production processes and equipment.
  • Coordinate and implement maintenance activities and repairs for production machinery
  • Ensure timely, order-driven production while consistently meeting quality standard
  • Plan manpower according to production schedules and ensure effective personnel deployment
  • Drive continuous process improvement and participate in cross-functional project teams including process development and process optimization of relevant workflows within your area of responsibility
  • Ensure full compliance with occupational safety, health and fire protection regulations.
  • Experience and interest in driving automation and semi-automation initiatives within the manufacturing process to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and productivity.
