- Oversee the architectural aspects of a project from design development to construction completion.
- Work with the project team to develop and maintain timelines for project completion.
- Conduct and participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that the project is built according to plans and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians
- Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings and work closely with the construction team
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

- Plan and execute financial and operational audits in accordance with the approved annual audit plan, applying a risk-based approach.
- Design and apply data analytics techniques across audit engagements.
- Manage audit assignments to ensure timely completion within allocated budgets.
- Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of financial and operational processes and related internal controls in line with the Group’s corporate governance framework.
- Identify control gaps and provide practical, value-adding recommendations for process improvement.

- Experience in the manufacturing sector is beneficial.
- Demonstrates strong capability in risk-based audit planning, analytical review, computer-assisted audit techniques, and data analytics.
- Exhibits strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and reporting.
- Willing and able to travel internationally for approximately 50–60% of the time.
