- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating, planning, and executing the project plan on-site
- Participate in site meetings, inspections, and monitoring to report on the project's progress.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure all technical drawings and plans are followed.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment usage to ensure smooth project flow.
- Assist in managing project budgets and monitoring cost expenditures.
- Assist in troubleshooting project issues and delays, proposing corrective measures.
- Supervise to ensure productivity & quality of sub-contractors’ works, in compliance to specific requirement

Senior/Quantity Surveyor (A1 Main Con, MRT Project)

Permanent PositionJoin our client, a well-established A1 main contractor known for its strong track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects across Singapore, including MRT and integrated developments. They’re looking for Senior/Quantity Surveyors to join their team for a Cross-Island Line MRT project and other MRT projects. This role follows a 5 day work week schedule.Job Description
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
- Work closely with the project team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project understanding is accurate
- Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)
- Monitor project costs and provide detailed tender analysis and recommendations where suitable
- Evaluate and review contract terms within tenders and resolve any contractual queries
- Ensure timely completion of tender submissions and compliance with safety and industry standards

They are currently hiring a Senior/M&E Quantity Surveyor to support an iconic mixed-development project. This position offers a 5 day work week and performance bonuses.Job Description
- Oversee cost management and budget control for mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of construction projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and successful project delivery.
- Prepare and review tender and contract documents.
- Evaluate project cost effectiveness and propose cost-saving measures.
- Manage project budgets and provide accurate cost reports.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
- Handle procurement processes and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet project goals.
