  Job Description

  • Develop and implement product development strategies to ensure the delivery of high quality instant noodles and beverages that meet customer needs and market demands.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product development trends and technologies in the instant noodle and beverage industry.
  • Lead and manage a team of product development professionals, providing them with training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, with a focus on selecting and optimizing raw materials for instant noodles and beverages.
  • Conduct product testing and evaluation to ensure that instant noodles and beverages meet customer expectations, with a focus on optimizing raw material use for taste, texture, and nutritional value.
  • Provide expert product development guidance to cross-functional teams, including insights into raw material selection and functionality.
  • Represent the company in interactions with external partners, such as suppliers and manufacturers of raw materials for instant noodles and beverage.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or Nutrition.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product development, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of product development professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of raw materials used in instant noodles and beverages, including flours, starches, fats and oils, flavors, sweeteners, and functional ingredients.
  • Strong understanding of applicable product development methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is required, with strong proficiency in verbal and written communication in Chinese, as a significant portion of correspondence with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
