  Overview:

   

  We are seeking a highly skilled Global Logistics Manager to oversee and manage our company's logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, transportation, distribution, and inventory control. The Senior Logistics Manager will be responsible for developing efficient logistics strategies and processes, ensuring the timely delivery of goods, managing transportation costs, and optimizing multi site warehouse processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

  Work Location: HK, China

  Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to support global organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize transportation networks to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Oversee inventory control processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with transportation providers and other logistics partners.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation and logistics.
  • Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to optimize logistics processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify and implement technological solutions to improve logistics operations and efficiency.

   

  Salary Range: HKD 50,000 - 80,000

  Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  2.  Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful logistics strategies.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Knowledge of logistics software and supply chain management systems.
  7. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  9. Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is preferred.
  10. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles (green or black belt desired)
