Senior IT Manager
Singapore
Permanent PositionOur client is looking for a highly experienced leader with expertise in overall IT service management in the areas of cybersecurity, end-to-end infrastructure management and application services.Job Description
- Oversee the management of third-party service providers to deliver cybersecurity, end-to-end infrastructure and application services.
- Ensure that contractual obligations are met and projects are successfully delivered by vendors/service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and delivery in accordance to contractual obligations and service-level agreements.
- Lead the management and resolution of issues in all aspects of IT, data and cybersecurity.
- Lead the management of IT and Data Governance, Risk and Compliance Strategies, Cybersecurity, IT Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning and IT Audits.
- Develop and manage IT policies and standard operating procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop, manage and track IT budget, procurement and asset lifecycle.
Salary Range: SGD 10,000 - 13,000Expires on 01 Oct 2024Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or related fields.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in IT with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent technical knowledge across IT domains including, but not limited to, cloud infrastructure, on-prem infrastructure, applications, end-user computing, data, cybersecurity and GRC.
- Good working knowledge of industrial best practices, systems, processes, methodologies and frameworks such as ITIL, Agile PMP, NIST, ISO27001, etc.
- Possess holistic thought leadership in technology, service and people management.
