- Manage product portfolios assigned. Through active participation in product life cycle management to ensure seamless phase in/out of products across Asia.
- Provide product training to the frontline, and product demonstration to clinical experts.
- Devise and implement strategies and tactical plans to achieve and sustain business goals.
- Marketing campaigns and leads management.
- Conduct thorough analysis to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities. Formulate a concrete business roadmap for Asia.
- Assess financial implications, including profitability and viability modelling across defined portfolios/ markets.
- Liaise between HQ and local Business Units on the product roadmap. Collect customers’ feedback for product modification and enhancement.
- Support local Business Units in developing launch activities, such as training programs and regional launch initiatives, to drive the growth of identified opportunities.
- Develop relationships with key external/internal customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for a multi-functioning team.
- Ad-hoc projects are assigned as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing or Business-related field. A healthcare or nursing-related education background would be ideal
- Minimum of 2-3 years' medical device marketing experience with Embolotherapy, Vascular & cardiology related products background, Asia region experience would be an advantage.
- Candidates from the pharmaceutical industry with Oncology/ Vascular/ Cardiology related products background would also be considered.
- Solid experience, knowledge and skills in product life cycle management, product training, project management, campaign management and market development.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, diplomatic and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and determine own work priorities.
- Frequent travel required
