  Job Description

  ● Assist in managing with suppliers, including procurement flow, logistics, and inventory.

  ● Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

  ● Monitor and analyze raw materials, such MABS, magnet, paper price, for management.

  ● Support the development of the supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

  ● Maintain accurate records and documentation on daily activities.

  ● Assist in completing tasks for senior management, including but not limited to inventory count in China, legal consultations, sourcing new supplier, and meeting arrangements.

  Requirements

  ● Minimum of 3 years of experience in the toy industry.

  ● Minimum TOEIC score of 690 above, or equivalent certificate.

  ● Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics, or project management.

  ● Candidates must demonstrate strong responsibility and ownership because of remote works.

  ● BS/BA degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

  ● Proficient in google Docs, meet, chat, and experience with supply chain software is a plus.
