    Salesforce Manager

    Our Client is seeking a Salesforce Manager with a strong background in system analysis and application support to join our team. This individual will work closely with business users to understand requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, provide technical leadership, and support day-to-day operations of business-critical applications. This role blends business analysis, hands-on Salesforce expertise, vendor management, and application support. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our Salesforce environment and related applications run smoothly and evolve with business needs.

    Job Description

    • Collaborate with users to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
    • Design and implement scalable, effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
    • Provide technical guidance and hands-on configuration when necessary.
    • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners.
    • Manage ongoing application support for Salesforce and integrated systems — troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and ensure SLAs are met.
    • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
    • Own release management, change control, and platform governance.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including hands-on configuration and application support.
    • Background as a system analyst or similar role with experience bridging business and technical teams.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and integration options.
    • Experience providing end-user support, managing incidents, and working with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with vendors and manage third-party solutions.
    • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Bonus if you have, 
      • Salesforce certifications
