  Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives, from initiation to delivery and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define functional requirements.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and platforms aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure change management and training plans are in place to support technology rollouts.
  • Monitor project performance and KPIs to ensure outcomes align with business goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure seamless implementation.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, ideally in digital transformation environments.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, cloud-based platforms, RPA, data analytics, or enterprise software implementations.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and change management principles.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
