The ideal candidate possesses a strong product/ project management, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in application development and solution design.
  Job Description

  • Analyse and translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Design scalable solutions that address business needs and align with platform architecture and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, integration, and adoption of system features and enhancements.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the solution design and implementation lifecycle.
  • Maintain, enhance, and support existing modules within the digital platform.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of system components.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection regulations.
  • Apply business process design techniques and requirements analysis methodologies to enhance system efficiency and usability.
  • Partner with stakeholders to refine business needs, provide solution insights, and support continuous platform improvements.
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and recommendations to support decision-making and stakeholder alignment.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, and project management, specifically for Salesforce platform is a must
  • Proven track record in product/ project implementation for Salesforce (at least 5 years)
  • Prior technical experience in Salesforce is a must
  • Strong analytical, structured-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented team player with a strong focus on quality and results
