Senior/Architectural Coordinator (A1 Main Con)

Permanent PositionOur client is a well-established A1 main contractor with a strong portfolio spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects. With an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking Senior / Architectural Coordinators to join their team, offering both site-based and design-oriented opportunities across multiple building developments in Singapore.Job Description
- Oversee the architectural aspects of a project from design development to construction completion.
- Work with the project team to develop and maintain timelines for project completion.
- Conduct and participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that the project is built according to plans and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians
- Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings and work closely with the construction team
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of architectural site coordination experience with building projects
- Possess experience in working for A1 main contractors
- Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior Architectural Coordinator position
