Architectural Coordinator (A1 main contractor)

Permanent PositionOur client is an established A1 main contractor specializing in building construction and civil engineering projects. Their portfolio spans residential, commercial, mixed-use developments, and infrastructure projects. With expanding projects, they’re now on a look out for Architectural Coordinators to support them for various building developments across Singapore.Job Description
- Oversee the architectural aspects of a project from design development to construction completion.
- Work with the project team to develop and maintain timelines for project completion.
- Conduct and participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that the project is built according to plans and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians
- Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings and work closely with the construction team
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

- Degree/diploma in Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of architectural design and coordination experience with building projects
- Preferably experienced in working with A1 main contractors
