    Job Description

    Strategic Business & Budget Planning

    • Facilitate the formulation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) as well as long term volume planning and assist Country and Commercial Management in allocation of country budget
    • Lead the revenue budget & forecasting process as well as consolidate strategic input for bottom up revenue and major KPI projections
    • Assist Country and Commercial Management in Business Reviews
    • Facilitate the strategic planning process for Country and Commercial teams
    • Identify key business issues and opportunities and analyses strategic options

    Data Management & Analytics

    • Perform as an internal authority on data tools while functioning as a power user of data analytics
    • Responsible for the analytics value chain which includes task definition, complex data modeling, data interpretation and generation of insights
    • Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting  
    • Support Commercial as a technology lead in research and identifying digital tools and systems for process improvements as well as enhanced customer experience

    Research & Macroeconomics

    • Develop research briefs and review proposals in terms of methodology, sampling plans, questionnaires, discussion guides etc
    • Fieldwork quality assurance as well as distribute outputs and strategic insights  
    • Evaluate available reports on the applicability of data and sampling methodologies and use relevant data and information in the development of marketing intelligence materials
    • Use relevant data and information from external bodies (governments, trade associations, economists) in the development of marketing intelligence insight
    • Market Intelligence / Market Reaction Monitor (Company & Competitors) / Customer Satisfaction Research and identify business opportunities in terms of customer segment priorities for service and product development
