  Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with a notable record of mixed development, residential, commercial and MRT projects. They’re now seeking Senior/M&E Coordinators to join their dynamic team for their building projects during this exciting phase of growth.
  Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate all M&E aspects of the project
  • Responsible for monitoring consultants’ designs, including managing the drawing schedule, coordination & providing support in identifying any areas of improvement
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure that project objectives and schedules are achieved timely and accurately
  • Liaise with the BIM modeler/drafter regarding drawings preparation and provide technical expertise when necessary to ensure drawings are completed accurately
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ensuring smooth project execution and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
