  Job Description

  - Support the Service Department in the maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of JEOL and other third-party products.

  - Assist the Service Department in other areas as required and communicate with customers when necessary.

  - Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Application, and Engineering.

  - Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner.

  - Travel to customer sites when required (approximately 4 times per week)
