    • Oversee the operations of authorization and fraud control activities related to card transactions via technology-driven and automated approaches.
    • Ensure an efficient and effective operations while at the same time compliance with all codes of conduct related to card operations.
    • Review and analyse card-related fraud cases to identify root causes and remediation.
    • Formulate preventive measures to manage card utilization & authorisation and minimize fraudulent account activities and control the fraud loss within the budget level. Own the card authorisation rate and fraud rate and fraud loss.
