- As the Marketing Director for Aesthetics (Medical Devices and Injectables), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth and market presence of our aesthetics product portfolio. - Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy for aesthetics medical devices and injectables, aligned with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Product Positioning and Branding:
- Define and communicate the unique value propositions of our aesthetics products.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop branding and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate awareness, drive demand, and support product launches.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools.
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including online advertising, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement.
Events and Sponsorships:
- Manage participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to promote products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with R&D, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product development timelines, sales targets, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze the success of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the aesthetics or medical devices industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment for aesthetics products.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
