    Job Description

    • To lead the HR Operations team in managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs in meeting the organizational objectives, as well as taking lead in Compensation & Benefits initiatives
    • Lead a team to drive HR initiatives that align to business strategy and support the achievement of the organization business objectives
    • Take leadership role in reviewing, aligning and revamping Compensation & Benefits programs
    • Manage and administer annual merit cycles
    • Partner and coach managers in key HR processes (performance management, disciplinary, industrial relations)
    • Build and foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization’s business strategies and culture for continuous growth and improvement
    • Participate actively in manpower planning with business unit managers to meet business and operational requirements

    • Min. 8 years of experience in full spectrum of HR with min. 5 years in a managerial capacity. Ideally with exposure working in a medium sized unionised manufacturing organization
    • Experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist or qualifications in C&B would be an added advantage
