    Job Description

    Commercial Excellence & Business Development

    • Deliver performance analysis and provide data-driven perspectives in a timely and accurate manor with the aim to continuously optimize effectiveness
    • Conceptualize, create and maintain business insights leading to improved local business strategies and decision making
    • Coordinate and drive the Commercial Excellence preparation, training and execution of commercial programs and initiatives
    • Take part of commercial projects and business cases to drive critical decisions being involved from identifying challenges to developing solutions

     Finance

    • Overall management for AP, AR, tax and payroll
    • Meet accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget,
    • Scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions
    • Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collections,
    • consolidating and evaluating financial data, and preparing special reports
    • Overall management for AP, AR, tax and payroll

     Supply chain & Logistic

    • Inventory planning and forecast
    • Support regulatory matters
    • Monitor and track end to end logistic process
    • Coordinate with China and DK counter parts

    General affairs & HR

      • Maintain payroll and benefit program
      • Manage on boarding and termination process
      • Manage all of office administration

    Others

    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5 years of experience in finance with a good understanding and experience of the other relevant responsibilities
    • Competent knowledge of finance and solid accounting experience
    • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage end-to-end frontline recruitment of ROA (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia) by direct sourcing. When necessary, manage and work with external service providers to fulfil hiring needs
    • Responsible for new employees’ life cycle from onboarding, probation to departure
    • Prepare recruitment planning & strategy to cope with the fast development and evolvement of the brands
    • Prepare and manage store personnel budget, recruitment budget and reforecast processes as from time to time with Finance team

    • Plan and lead engagement activities and support CSR projects from time to time

    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A university degree in human resources or related disciplines
    • A seasoned HR generalist with at least 6 years’ relevant experience gained from sizeable company (preferably gained from retail industry) with minimum 2 years in Supervisory or above level
    • Fully conversant with HK and Macau Employment regulations. Knowing Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia employment environment would be a plus
    • Mature and proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good team player & leader with an entrepreneur spirit
    • Fast pace, flexible and willing to embrace changes and challenges
    • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS (HR2) and Chinese word processing
    • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
