    HR Manager (Payroll + HRIS)

    Our client, a world leader in food and beverages industry, is looking for an experienced HR Manager with mainly focuses on payroll and HRIS system implementation.

    Job Description

    • To provide payroll service that is accurate, timely and in compliance with local framework. Able to relate to employees at all levels relating to payroll queries (50%).
    • To act as liaison for SAP HR & Payroll team based in NBS and the role entails reviewing and improving payroll processes, supporting the implementation of SuccessFactors (20%), consolidating payroll processes across locations in Singapore (10%), annual staff budgeting and payroll solution support (10%).
    • To ensure proper execution of medical, pension benefits plans and work with EY on tax filing (10%).
    • To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
    • To ensure compliance /provide support to all OHS related activities identified in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1

    Shared Services, Lead

    Our client is one of the leading development professionals providing building and infrastructure development and management services. They are seeking for a driven, tenacious Shared Service Lead who will lead a team of 4 executive level direct reports handling Benefits, Payroll and Employee Lifecycle. This position will need to operationalize, set parameters and procedures, stabilizing the shared service team. This position calls for an independent and driven individual who puts others above self.

    Job Description

    • Overall responsible for the Shared Service team.
    • Oversee the team on employee lifecycle and HR operations including payroll.
    • Advise on claims eligibility, process leave and claims which is done through SAP system
    • Conducts salary reviews and benchmarking exercises for different employee groups, as well as various incentive schemes for all levels of employees.
    • Draft of changes in employment letter, HR operations and custodian of full employment lifecycle, collecting on-boarding & off-boarding documents, etc.
    • Policy review
    • Scope of this role is mainly local with some regional reporting work.

    Requirements

    • Degree holder, with at least 8 years of HR shared service experience
    • Experience working in organisations with large headcounts (HC>200)
