    Our client is one of the leading development professionals in the Asia-Pacific regions providing building project management to facilities management services. They are looking for a confident Manager who is driven and able to work independently.

    Job Description

    This individual contributor role will work closely with other HR functions in the organization and will report directly to the HR Director. This role plays an integral part of the team, and it calls for someone who has SAP HR experience, worked in sizable organizations.

    Key responsibilities

    • Reviews, evaluates, updates or develops new internal operating procedures and work processes, statistical reporting and operational effectiveness to achieve optimum productivity and performance
    • Main domain for human capital analytics
    • Gather and analyse business requirements across other HR service areas.
    • Develop long-term strategy for our HR Information Systems (HRIS) to scale HR's ability to support a growing organization while increasing speed and quality
    • Provide in-depth analysis to current HRIS with a view to spot and correct system deficiencies/limitations in order to streamline/improve HR processes and procedures with shorter lead time for all manpower reporting requests and leave system
    • Prepare system documentation to support future maintenance, learning and knowledge continuity
    • Identifies and drives process standardization and automation
    • Responsible for all statutory and management reporting
    • Handles overseas posting matters
    • Ad-hoc HR projects

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
    • Able to multi- task
    • Degree with at least 6 years of working experience in Human Resources
    • SAP HR experience is an advantage
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Strong understanding of human resources policies, policies and benefits
