    Job Description

    • Advise stakeholders, business leaders on HR matters in Recruitment, C&B, Training, Development, Employee Relations
    • Will be responsible for Compensation and Benefits function that including salary benchmarking, job grading, bonus incentive pay mix etc.
    • Work closely with stakeholders and build up credibility of oneself and HR department by delivering the appropriate HR solutions and by meeting the deadlines

    Requirements

    • Degree holder with at least 6-8 years of relevant HR experience. Prior experience in the Manufacturing / Logistics background and having partnered with the blue collared workers will be a plus.
    • Functionally strong in recruitment.
    • Comfortable with hands-on HR work and menial environment
    • Experience in Prosoft, Time Attendance and SAP HR knowledge is a plus

On top of HR partnering, you will expect to supervise some HR projects, and be the custodian for compensation and outsourced payroll.

    HR Business Partnering

    • Advise stakeholders, business leaders on HR matters pertaining to recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations and performance management.
    • Key client facing role in which the individual will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with their businesses and all other stakeholders.
    • Responsible for the full range of employee life cycle activities (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & organizational development, talent management, annual performance appraisal, exits) for both white- and blue-collar workers.
