    Job Description

    • Work with senior management to review HR policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with audit requirements and legal obligations (e.g. Employment Act, CPF & IRAS regulations)
    • Identify changes in the HR and healthcare landscape, review and propose policies and measures to ensure organisation remains relevant and competitive.
    • Drive and facilitate HR projects to align with the government's directions (such as manpower productivity/planning, job redesign, etc.)

    Our client is a sizeable Chinese bank and is currently inviting a seasoned Compensation and Benefits professional to head up the C&B team and make an impact.

    Job Description

    • Reporting into Head of Human Resources
    • Responsible for the formulation and implementation of C&B strategies / programmes
    • Responsible for annual reward programmes (salary review, annual bonus, recognition) to optimise talent attraction and retention
    • Responsible for HR Governance
    • Apply a continuous improvement mind-set, focus on end users' needs, streamline existing processes and maximise automation and digitalisation opportunities
    • Work closely with HR functional leads and business stakeholders to proactively identify issues and recommend compensation solutions, ensure compliance with local C&B legislation and ensure business specific programs are aligned with business strategies and deliver the desired impact

    Requirements

     

    • University Degree in Human Resources or equivalent education background
    • Minimum 8 years’ C&B experience, banking HR experience a must
    • Strong communications and influencing skills sharing functional expertise, industry insights and best practices within the bank
