    Job Description

    • Manage recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration as well as employee related administrative matters
    • Ensure compliance to government legislations for all HR matters including policies and procedures
    • Oversee daily operational tasks including on-boarding and off-boarding, renewal and cancellation of work pass applications, JI pass applications and payroll processing
    • Manage expatriates’ accommodation and relocation arrangements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource with at least 8 years of relevant experience

    HR Executive (6 months)

    Contract Position
    Our client is a reputable financial institution looking for a HR Executive(6 months). This is a 6 months contract role where you will be responsible for all day-to-day HR operations including payroll, Talent and Development, Compensation and Benefits, regular reporting

    Job Description

    • Work closely with the CEO on any change initiatives, new HR projects, talent movements
    • Be an advisor to the leaders and employees on all HR matters
    • Lead and/or support the delivery of HR projects to ensure the delivery of global, regional and local HR and business priorities
    • Oversee payroll processing, local tax, income or other required reporting to local authorities
    • Processing monthly payroll with support from external payroll vendor and assist with any leave portal related queries
    • Support Talent Acquisition process if required from selection to onboarding
    • Work with Finance team on Budget Planning 2022 exercise
    • Prepare for Salary Review Budget Submission in November to London
    • Update and maintain HR records and reports with accurate employee data
