This role will be responsible for the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Support and manage common compensation & benefits programs. Ensures that compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy.
- Support for compensation program management, design, evaluation, analysis, and communication include but not limited to the followings to meet with project timelines and company’s C&B strategies.
- Salary and incentive structures, pay policy, salary table, incentives, allowances, deferred compensation, sales compensation.
- Job analysis, evaluation and classification, survey participation, salary tables maintenance, and benefits benchmark and review.
- Guidance updates and compensation program features, plans, and options.
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research to ensure compensation practices are in line with industry standards and industries trends.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and management to establish salary structures and job classifications.
- Oversee payroll administration outsourcing vendor and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Mentor and support your team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of compensation and benefit initiatives; provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles, with a strong emphasis on the retail or financial industry.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation practices and benefits administration, including experience with payroll systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and present findings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a small team.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
