    Head of HRIS

    Our client, a sizable Chinese bank, is currently inviting a seasoned HRIS professional to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong.

    Job Description

    • Support HR transformation in line with the HR strategy and business goals
    • Partner with key process owners to create process redesign and automation opportunities that add value, reduce risk and improve the employee experience
    • Oversee and direct the process to the integrated HR systems that enables efficiencies, data analytics, innovative self-service solutions and manage risk and compliance
    • Research, analyse, coordinate and lead the system implementation, enhancement and upgrade projects
    • Program manage and execute changes in HR processes and systems and embed them
    • Serve as an interface between HRIS users, people process owners, IT Department and external vendors to ensure the effective process delivery under the HRIS platforms and associated applications
    • Be responsible for documenting processes and guidelines on assigned projects
    • Partner with Performance & Reward team and Finance to enable the creation of robust people cost budgets
    • Be accountable for the HR Data & Analytics reporting function and ensuring the business has timely and accurate data to inform decisions
    • Lead the team to provide ad hoc and regular reports and analysis to support key HR decisions
    • Develop and deploy automated tools and dashboards to HR and business leaders on key workforce analytics

    • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Statistics or Quantitative Analysis
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in multinational organizations or financial institutions
    • Sound knowledge on the management of HR related systems
    • Good understanding of employment related laws and ordinance
    • Excellent data/analytics skillsets and will help refresh the current data reporting methods
    • Good communications in both English and Chinese
