    An experienced Recruitment Manager/Senior who will be reporting to the Lead, Manpower Development is needed by one of Singapore's top life insurance companies. You will be in responsibility of planning and implementing strategies to boost sales output and new hire quality in order to increase personnel growth and retention of the tied agency and FA distribution force. You will also be in charge of controlling expenditures and the department's budget.

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency force in order to boost and maintain agency sales and market share:
      • Organic growth through increased interest in management careers from producer ranks and increased recruitment participation and competency across all leader and producer ranks
      • Expand into and develop new markets for hiring, such as college students, the military, flight attendants, and financial professionals.
      • Hiring of seasoned planners and leaders
    • Create and put into action plans to expand the agency workforce in order to increase and maintain agency sales and market share.
      • Organic growth resulting from a rise in producer ranks' interest in management careers and a rise in recruitment activity and competency across all leader and producer ranks.
      • Develop and expand into new employment markets, such as those for college students, the military, flight attendants, and financial specialists.
      • Employing seasoned leaders and planners
    • KPI performance management for recruitment objectives:
      • At various stages of the hiring process, establish appropriate performance metrics and periodically review them.
      • An annual forecast of the target for performance measurements to meet recruitment objectives and reevaluate targets as needed
      • Track performance indicators and take appropriate action to meet objectives
    • Tactical management of hiring results:
      • Monitor performance with business development units and take appropriate action.
      • As needed, develop and promote tactical incentives and initiatives.
      • Recruitment-related communication on various communication platforms, such as agency talks and leaders' communication sessions
    • Promote the growth of professional presence and branding:
      • Recruitment events
      • Marketing brochures & Exhibition collaterals
      • Print ads
      • Career presentation software
      • Other below the line publicity/ advertising efforts
    • Oversee the budgeting, monitoring, and control process for the department's manpower development budget to ensure that spending and investment are under control to meet the department's goal. Collaboration with other departments, including Distribution Management, Distribution Governance, and Group Finance, will be required for this.
    • KPI performance management for achieving recruitment objectives:
    • Establish appropriate performance metrics and reevaluate them at various stages of the hiring process.
    • Annual target forecast for performance measurements to meet recruitment objectives, and re-evaluate targets as needed

    Requirements

    • A degree or other credential of higher learning that is acknowledged
    • At least three to five years of experience in the workforce, preferably in agency management or insurance business development.
    • Outgoing, motivated, and careful personality
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player
    • Bilingual (English & Mandarin) as this role requires interacting with Chinese stakeholders.
