  Job Description

  • Develop a strong grasp of the team's needs, internal structure, and objectives, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to create strategies for attracting the right talent.
  • Source, engage, and manage discussions with candidates, handling negotiations and securing hires across various levels, while ensuring recruitment targets are consistently met.
  • Provide a seamless and engaging experience for candidates throughout the entire process.

  Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in sourcing and securing talent, with a focus on roles in technology and IT.
  • Global recruitment exposure is a plus.
  • Expertise in all aspects of talent acquisition, including direct outreach, interview techniques, relevant employment regulations, salary negotiations, and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams with diverse backgrounds.
  • Global perspective and knowledge of international recruitment standards.
  • Solid understanding of the impact that talent acquisition and workforce planning have on overall organizational success, particularly in consulting environments.
