  Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead application-related projects, manage vendors, and ensure smooth ongoing system operations across the organisation.
  Job Description

  • Oversee full project delivery—from planning, budgeting, and requirements gathering to design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Work closely with business teams to ensure project objectives align with organisational needs and priorities.
  • Manage vendors and internal teams to deliver quality solutions and maintain compliance with governance and standards.
  • Lead procurement activities, including preparing tender specifications, evaluating proposals, recommending solutions, and managing contracts throughout the lifecycle.
  • Supervise day-to-day application support, including issue resolution, enhancements, system analysis, and SLA performance.
  • Support annual planning and drive continuous improvements in systems and processes.

  Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10 - 15+ years of experience in IT project management with strong exposure to enterprise application delivery; PMP/CITPM is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of project methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Proven experience in IT procurement, contract management, and handling the full tender process.
  • Prior experience working on Government projects.
  • Demonstrated end-user–side experience, working directly with business stakeholders (not limited to vendor-side roles).
  • Exposure to large-scale operational platforms or technology solutions—such as retail, hospitality, facilities management, or IoT-related systems—will be beneficial.
