  We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in both business analysis and system analysis for software projects. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will lead vendors, coordinate system design, and ensure that business requirements are met through effective technical solutions.
  Job Description

  • Lead and manage both business and technical teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of business-critical projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Analyze and evaluate business needs, develop detailed system analysis, and recommend effective solutions to meet organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, ensuring their deliverables align with company objectives and project timelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to developers and other technical team members, ensuring high-quality software solutions.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final implementation, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, secure, and sustainable.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues effectively to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven at least 8 years of working experience and demonstrated the ability to perform business analysis, system analysis, and technical management. 
  • Strong background in software development 
  • Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring that vendor solutions meet business needs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
