  Our client is building an APAC Digital Innovation team based in Singapore. We are currently looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer who will be at the forefront of developing, deploying, and maintaining cutting-edge AI models designed to meet the unique needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of AI-driven solutions, including custom GPT models, and play a pivotal role in integrating these tools into our business processes.
  Job Description

  • Create, build, and deploy custom AI models to support various business functions, including automating processes like meeting notes, customer support interactions, and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Seamlessly integrate AI tools into existing enterprise infrastructures, communication channels, and databases. Develop APIs or utilize third-party services to enable smooth AI model integration into business workflows.
  • Collect, organize, and preprocess training data for AI models, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy standards and organizational compliance policies.
  • Safeguard the secure handling of sensitive data in AI systems.
  • Regularly improve AI models based on user feedback, performance metrics, and changing business requirements. Stay up to date with industry trends to keep the models relevant and efficient.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Operations, to discover AI opportunities and implement scalable AI solutions. Collaborate with external AI vendors as needed to incorporate advanced solutions.
  • Create comprehensive documentation and establish best practices for AI usage across the organization.

  Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing AI models, with a focus on natural language processing and machine learning technologies.
  • Strong expertise in AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems, APIs, and system integration methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java) and solid knowledge of data security and handling practices.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership team and collaborate all levels 
  • Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
