- Provide technical leadership and strategic oversight within a designated technical product category, including the Hyperscale, MTDC, and Colocation markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and verticals to design solutions tailored to the specific needs of Hyperscale and Colocation clients, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Lead the development and delivery of engaging technical presentations, demonstrating expertise to support sales initiatives.
- Work closely with sales leadership to develop comprehensive sales strategies and forecasts, focusing on building a strong pipeline of prospects within the data center industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers, operators, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to integrate customer feedback and market intelligence into the product development roadmap.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex data center challenges by conducting in-depth analysis and investigation to address the unique needs of operations.

- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
At least 8 years of experience in IT data center pre-sales, with expertise in Hyperscale, MTDC, and Colocation. - Proven experience in contract negotiation, client relationship management, and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a creative mindset for developing solutions and concepts.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and demands.
