Job Description:
We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead our medical equipment business across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on expanding market presence, managing distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets for our range of medical equipment in hospitals and healthcare institutions.Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and market expansion of medical equipment in SEA.

Develop and implement regional sales strategies and channel plans.

Manage distributors, agents, and in-market sales representatives.

Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and KOLs.

Oversee tenders, quotations, and negotiations with public/private hospitals.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the medical equipment sector.

Provide accurate sales forecasting, planning, and reporting.

Work closely with marketing, service, and regulatory teams to support product adoption.
Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of B2B sales experience in medical equipment; regional exposure preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen.

Ability to travel frequently across Southeast Asia.
