  Senior Project Manager (Ops-Tech)

  The candidate will responsible of leading multiple large scale projects concurrently to provide operational support for Company’s Ops-Tech such as Facility management, Facial Recognition, Visitor Management, Door Access Management, and Facility Security systems. Besides technology, the candidate will be leading tenders and procurements process.
  Job Description

  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders and align strategies with campus business objectives.
  • Responsible for project management and the end to end successful delivery of projects.
  • Oversee project tasks including user requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Create and review project documentation to ensure quality and compliance with university guidelines.
  • Manage procurement processes, including tender preparation, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
  • Build strong relationships with business users and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead the project team, ensuring resource optimization and maintaining team morale.
  • Maintenance and Support
  • Ensure successful application maintenance and support to meet SLAs.
  • Conduct systems and data analysis to resolve system issues and improve processes.

  Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    Proven experience with,
  • 10+ years of large scale project and stakeholder management.
  • 6+ years of technical management experience.
  • Knowledge of Facial Recognition, Visitor Management, Door Access Management, and Facility Security, or Ops-tech related technologies.
  • Experience with IoT, BI, Smart Building and related technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in scrum/agile will be advantageous 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with management, users, and vendors.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a proactive team player.
