Role Summary
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment and shipment process, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service. The incumbent will work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics providers, and customers to resolve operational issues, manage order backlogs, coordinate imports/exports, and maintain supply reliability.
The position also drives process improvements, ERP system governance (D365), KPI performance monitoring, compliance requirements, and inventory optimization initiatives. In addition, the role provides guidance to junior team members and acts as a backup to the Supply Chain Manager when required.
