This position will lead a team of 10–15 professionals across multiple functions, including Property & Facility Management, Automation Maintenance, Café Operations, Tenant Management, and Administration.
What You Will Do…
Team Leadership 👥
• Lead and manage 3–4 functional teams across Facility Management, Automation Maintenance, Café Operations, and Tenant Account Management.
• Set team objectives, delegate responsibilities, and cultivate a collaborative, client-centric culture.
• Oversee tenant onboarding, service delivery standards, and renovation initiatives to enhance tenant experience.
• Drive alignment across internal teams and external vendors to achieve operational excellence.
• Translate company vision into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes.
Client Service & Tenant Relationship 🤝
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new tenants, ensuring smooth integration into warehouse facilities.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication on maintenance and operational updates to minimize disruptions.
Operational Management ⚙️
• Oversee automation systems and maintenance activities to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
• Supervise facility management to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage café operations to align with both company standards and tenant expectations.
Project Management 📊
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors on warehouse upgrades and tenant renovation projects.
• Ensure timely project delivery with adherence to quality, compliance, and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience 🎓
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in facility/property management, project management, client service, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Leadership & Industry Expertise 🏗️
• Proven experience managing multi-functional teams, preferably within warehouse, logistics, or similar environments.
• Strong ability to lead, influence, and coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Communication & Stakeholder Management 🤝
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with tenants and cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
Technical & Project Management Skills ⚙️
• Solid project management experience, particularly in renovation and maintenance projects.
• Familiarity with automation systems and maintenance processes is an added advantage.
Digital & Language Proficiency 💻
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS 365, Teams, Outlook, etc.); experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin to support diverse stakeholder communication.
