  Job Description

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives, monitoring market trends and risks while maintaining contingency plans.
  • Procurement & Supplier Management: Oversee procurement operations and supplier relationships, ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, and favourable contract terms.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels across all locations, balancing cost control with service level requirements.
  • Logistics & Distribution: Lead the logistics and distribution network to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity.
  • Performance Management: Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor supply chain efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, finance, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration across the business.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications (APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing or logistics, with proven expertise in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of LEAN principles, ERP systems, and supply chain best practices, with excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
