    Job Description

    We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and organized Operations & Administration Officer to join our team to support our daily office procedures through working closely with Finance, Technology, HR and the Country Manager for Singapore.

    The primary responsibilities include General Administrative work, including data entry, filing, prepare cheque requisition. This role requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    Job Duties:

    • Reception duties during business hours, provide on demand support for on-site employees and visitors.
    • Proactively develop relationships with key internal partners, gaining recognition as a team resource and go-to person for office related questions.
