    An experienced Brand Marketing & Activation Vice President is needed by one of Singapore's top life insurance companies to elevate brand excellence through the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of marketing and communications campaigns that improve brand awareness, likeability, understanding, intent, and NPS.

    Job Description

    • Plan a strategy for communication with important stakeholders that is in line with your company's goals.
      enforce brand governance in accordance with the guidelines for the corporate brand and visual identity.
    • Create or modify marketing material templates as necessary to ensure that they adhere to the brand's guidelines.
    • To align messaging and move the marketing funnel, Singaporean marketing teams and business units should collaborate on the creation and administration of consumer-driven campaigns. Particularly for Customer Marketing, Group Insurance, and Promotions.
    • In terms of finances, the number of stakeholders, the regions, and the difficulty of the topic, manage medium- to large-scale brand campaigns.
    • To increase brand equity and support business strategies, create brand assets and integrated content and product marketing programs.
    • Organize and promote the collaboration with the brand research provider to enhance the planning and BHT and other brand-related studies are implemented across the entire region (SG, MY and ID)
    • Organize, coordinate, and implement Brand Health Tracker (BHT) implementation for Singapore across all Bus
    • Join forces with Malaysian Brand and Marketing colleagues to offer guidance and assistance in administrative and campaign issues
    • brand health metrics should be used to evaluate brand performance and marketing initiatives.
    • Control the list of companies responsible for the media planning, content marketing, and creative development functions.
    • Organize brand assets and intellectual property, such as trademarks for the logo, the icon, and the tagline.

    Requirements

    • Preferably a degree in marketing or a closely related field from an accredited university
    • 12 years minimum of experience in marketing communications and/or brand management
    • It would be advantageous if you had prior financial industry work experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
    • Abilities, information, and expertise in brand management, marketing, and marcoms with a solid foundation in media planning.
    • It would be advantageous to have skills, knowledge, and experience in applied research, both qualitative and quantitative.
    • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to move projects forward independently.
    • Successful track record of presentations and negotiation abilities
    • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on the big picture and excellent people skills

    ASPAC Communications and Events Manager (2 year contractor role)

    The company is an established MNC that provides diagnostic solutions that help pinpoint the source of disease and contamination to improve patient health and ensure consumer safety.

    Job Description

    • Coordination and organization of external -global and/or regional-, laboratory, clinical and medical events participation relevant to the client:
      • Define and analyze the audience, research on the event opportunities, monitor the regional budget attributed, payment tracking, design of digital/physical booths with external parties, working with developers, advertisers, and product managers to market products and services etc. Ensures consistency in branding, messaging, and positioning.
    • Organization and animation of internal regional meetings with ASPAC colleagues: milligram meetings, trainings, webinars, other regional annual/quarter online meeting (online and/or physical).
    • Promotion of internal client awareness and motivation through the creation and sharing of informative communication pieces (newsletters, e-blasts, emails etc).
    • Collaboration with the Regional commercialization team to elevate product knowledge: medical insights, competitive awareness, marketing campaigns, market researches and assist in the execution of the strategic plan.
    • Establish an operational review and monthly reporting (sales, marketing actions)
    • Requires communication and coordination with global MARCOM and support regional product managers in execution of their marketing plans and tactics.

    Requirements

    • Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Sciences or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.
    • Experience –
      • Relevant past experience in marketing and communication, digital marketing, especially in the Pharma or in-vitro diagnostics space.
      • Relevant past experience with and/or cultural understanding of the Asia Pacific region is highly advantageous.
    • Required Skills –
