Fuel Oil Sales and Marketing Manager
SingaporePermanent PositionThe Marketing Sales person will be focused on derivatives sales, support and analysis. This role is primarily focused on business development and relationship management related to derivatives market, by promoting participant engagement, engaging existing participants and recruiting new potential participants. It is also responsible in promoting our business products and services.

- Liaise with new/existing customers, develop good relationships with internal/external counterparties to promote trading of derivatives products
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to promote the existing and new commodities products in derivatives markets
- Provide quality trading and support services to exchange participants
- Explore market needs, plan and implement promotion activities
- Provide good quality training/education to promote derivatives market
- Formulate and implement promotion programs on products and services
- To recruit new exchange participants and market makers

- 5 to 10 years of relevant marketing/sales experience in Fuel oil industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related fields
- Highly-organized and able to manage projects and conflicting priorities
- Superior communication and organization skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, with good verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Chinese is advantageous, as the job requires to communicate with key stakeholders in China
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment
- Sound knowledge of derivatives trading
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Commercial and customer focus
