    Job Description

    • Maintain and develop excellent rapport with the banks & direct corporate clients through discovering various opportunities across Employee Benefits Solutions.
    • Establish great relationship with Relationship Managers/Personal Bankers from Corporate/Consumer Banking for new business
    • Develop and establish strategic marketing campaigns for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure sales performance indicators are met.
    • Securing long term partnership with the banks & direct corporate clients through optimizing business opportunities and excellent customer management.
    • Acquire new prospect and handle existing renewal account
    • Provide quotation within authorized underwriting limits for Group Insurance Products
    • Reporting sales track record and performance by product class, new and renewal business.
    • Able conduct presentation to Banking Business Partners and Direct Corporate Clients, as well as able to conduct Employee Communication Sessions to employees of Direct Corporate Client

    Requirements

    • Candidate to have at least 4-15 years of relevant experience within the Employee Benefit/ Group Insurance field

    Job Description

    The Medical Training Manager is required to develop and maintain the Medical Deaprtment's disease and therapeutic areaknowledge, including pipeline and competitor products as well as to idenify gaps in soft skills and medical capability building in orderto execute our Medical processes effectively. The role is responsible for the develoment, maintenace and implementation of in-depthmedical training including: therapeutic area knowledge, clinical, business and soft skill training programs for the medical team inalignment with the Japan Medical initiatives. This will involve a certain level of vendor management.Budget Management of the training budget and AOP planning is required.The role is required to provide medical training for all new field hires across Japan.The role will also liaise with representatives from key functions (e.g., Global, Regional & Local Medical teams, Research &Development, Marketing, Commercial and Public and Government Affairs) to deliver successful training for colleagues, (such asvisiting professor programs &, CSR programs).

    1・Plannning and Execution of Medical TrainingCreate the medical/scientific annual training plan at affiliate level by analyzing the training needs of different medicaltherapeutic area teams.
    ・Plan an annual affiliate educational program for the affiliate with the Affiliate Medical Director, Medical Heads ofTherapeutic Areas, Marketing Leads, District Sales Managers, Market Access Lead, R&D Director, etc.
    ・Work closely with TA Leads and Managers to ensure the implementation of the training plan and implement actionsand improvement following the training・Coordinates and plans the scientific, technical, and mandatory training sessions involving and in collaboration withother functions
    ・Measure the training success by evaluating and verifying the application of the competencies acquired, includingobtaining appropriate feedback after each training session
    ・Ensure training tracking in line with internal procedure requirements
    ・Create, tailor and maintain the scientific/medical training requirements for new hires
    ・Create, maintain and update training SOP

    2・Material development
    Develop internal educational materials (e.g. slides sets, training manuals, e-learning modules) and ensure they are 
    ・Continuously update training materials and educational content at least twice a year (following important congresses)
    ・Assist to define, improve and update training tools and methods to deliver the learning programs & assessment
    ・Manage vendor negotiations, where applicable, with third parties
    ・Ensure all vendor POs, contracts and invoices are completed in a timely and compliant manner

    3・Liaison between Japan Medical training and Global/Regional training team
    Communicate closely and constantly with Medical Managers, Global Medical Training team, as well as Global MedicalTherapeutic Area Directors to be abreast of new scientific/medical information that affiliate staff will need to be trainedon.
    ・Communicates and collaborates with Global/Regional Medical Excellence & Operations team to roll-out soft skillsenhancement programs in the affiliate.
    ・Ensure the local team is updated with all relevant global training material as needed
    ・Build and foster good working relationship with global training team

    4・Cross function collaboration
    Communicates closely and constantly with Medical team members and public affairs lead to deliver medical activitiesfor sharing with members
    ・Responsible for elevating the scientific knowledge of Japan

    Responsible for establishment of scientific training in a timely manner and on budgetResponsible for strastegic direction of Medical training in accordance with medical team plans and in collaboration with relevantstakeholders

    This role will impact the entire medical team & to some extent commercial employees. It requires someone with strong trainingskills, strong execution skills, knowledge of biopharma industry standards and practices. Candidates must be collaborative in natureand able to quickly gain trust and respect of peers and senior leadership with a track record of successfully driving results throughstrong partnership with other functions, including global counterparts
