Regional Communication Manager
Singapore
Permanent PositionThis role is responsible for implementing internal and external communications plans and country CSR programs to support the regional communications strategy and drive business priorities and initiatives.Job Description
- Lead, manage, and advise site and country corporate functions on all aspects of communications.
- Create or advise on communication content for team meetings, site events, and public engagements.
- Support the development of internal/employee communications at local sites.
- Plan and execute crisis communications within the region.
- Project manage and lead event management and communication initiatives.
- Ensure alignment, implementation, and consistency of communications with the overall brand strategy
- Develop and monitor metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of communications activities.
- Manage site communications budgets as part of the regional budget and assist in regional planning in collaboration with HQ global teams.
Salary Range: SGD 11,000 - 13,000Expires on 25 Sep 2024Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
- Over 8 years of experience in Corporate Communications roles.
- Experience in B2B business, manufacturing, and crisis communications across diverse geographic regions and business models within complex matrix structures.
- Demonstrates strong strategic planning and critical thinking abilities.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively across different functions.
- Exhibits resilience to stress and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
