- Provide company products and services to walk-in customer at company’s Center
- Establish trusting and mutually beneficial relationships to tap on the retailers’ network and location to provide company products and services to end consumers
- Review the monthly performance for analysis and conduct service training arrangement
- Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with retailers & landlords. Negotiate and collaborate to obtain the best retail exposure for the company network
- Liaison with vendors for the purpose of developing & implementing a strong brand presence (in consultation with marketing) at all retail locations, at the same time, ensuring adherence to company policies & procedures.
- Continuously improve, refresh and revitalize products and services to meet changing customer needs

- Preferably with Degree in Business Management/Administration or Degree in Retail Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management or business development, preferably in consumer/service/retail sector
