- Manage customer quality & complaint in the region
- Work closely with inter-department making sure they address the related complaint or quality issue and providing solution to customers
- Promote culture awareness and the importance of customer service within the organisation
- Conduct investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions
- Implement and develop procedure to govern customer quality & complaint processes

- Bachelor’s degree in science, quality and chemistry related
- Having technical/ quality experience in the chemical industry will be an advantage
- 5 years of experience working in customer quality & complaint or similar roles
- Good communicator both verbally and in writing and good stakeholder management capabilities.
