    Account Manager

    The company is a world-leading wound care and single-use surgical products manufacturer with 170 years of history. Their products are being sold in almost 100 countries with a purpose of advancing healthcare performance so that patients and healthcare providers achieve the best clinical, and financial outcomes. They are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Account Manager to help drive the business to greater heights.

    Job Description

    • Identify and maximize sales opportunities to achieve agreed sales targets, to grow and the business in accordance to strategy.
    • Drive implementation of products in healthcare facilities in cooperation with the marketing department.
    • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in hospital facilities to ensure successful implementation.
    • Execute sales promotion and drive product usage of wound care portfolio through evidence based selling approach
    • Update and maintain account plans, ensuring an efficient and effective way of working within the sales territory in order to maximize business opportunities.
    • Provide clinical, technical support and education to key customers and drive wound treatment adoption.
    • Responsible to gather related market and competitor information, and report back to relevant stakeholders.
    • Provide continuous education and training to external customers to ensure correct usage of products
    • in charge of local conferences and events related to pressure ulcer preventions/ wound management
    • Promote key products rangeĀ  highlighting the clinical evidence and its technology to obtain customer engagement and buy-in.
    • Jointly develop KOLs in assigned territory to support commercial, professional, training and marketing activities.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor products, as well as customer needs and giving accurate input to the management team to support market development strategies and product mix decisions.
    • Maintain good business relationship with customers through planned visits and mutually beneficial activities.
    • Proactively forecast changes in product usage to ensure accurate order completeness.
    • Monitor and participate in tenders.
    • Gather related market and competitor information, and report back to relevant stakeholders.

    • Minimum Degree holders
    • Minimum 8-10 years sales experience working with Hospitals, OR, ICUs and familiar with the acute segment.
    • Strong understanding of the medical industry
    • Excellent project management experience
    • Excellent communications and relationship development
    • Analytical and Independent .
    • Superior communication and organization skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, with good verbal and written communication skills in English.
