- Bachelor Degree required; Master’s preferred
- More than 15 years in Sales, Business Development, or Key account management within FMCG landscape
- Proven track record in international sales and modern trade
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders at China headquarters
- Experience scaling high-performance sales teams, with strong people management capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders across industries.

- Collaborate with internal teams and verticals to design solutions tailored to the specific needs of Hyperscale and Colocation clients, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Lead the development and delivery of engaging technical presentations, demonstrating expertise to support sales initiatives.
