  Job Description

  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Oversee group activities to ensure compliance with government regulations, EHS standards, and ISO management systems.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote EHS programs and organize relevant training to enhance employees' safety and environmental awareness.
  • Conduct risk assessments and accident investigations, develop preventive measures to reduce occupational hazards and environmental impact.
  • Manage greenhouse gas emissions within the group and handle internal carbon tax collection.
  • Regularly report on EHS performance and provide recommendations and improvement plans to senior management.

  Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • At least 8 years of EHS-related work experience, including experience in a management position.
  • Familiarity with EHS regulations and standards in Taiwan and internationally, with the ability to develop and implement EHS policies.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with experience in crisis management and incident handling.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
