    • Closes new business deals by identifying prospects
    • Support in winning new business
    • Convince renewal teams to shift accounts to us
    • Identifying new opportunities for developing packaged plans or co-creating solutions with insurers
    • Designing unique solutions and value propositions for different customers
    • Understanding customer’s needs and concerns
    • Coming up with market landscapes and competitor analysis
    • Give feedback on customer trends and needs to management

    High Net Worth Case Manager

    Singapore

    Our client is one of the Top insurers in Singapore. You will be an integral part of the sales and distribution structure for the HNW unit, responsible for overseeing smooth operations of the team. To manage and oversee new case submissions to policy issuance and delivery followed by the commission payout and post issuance matters and to hold key relationships with custodian partners

    Job Description

    • Lead and coordinate new business case management, from new case submission to custodian account setup and policy issuance
    • Ensure documentation for new submissions are fully complete and manage internal submission process to internal functional areas to push through cases to achieve monthly sales targets
    • Proactively manage, maintain and follow up on prospective cases
    • Lead and coordinate new custodian bank and platform provider agreement/accounts setup, and be key holder to relationships with the partners
    • Provide excellent sales support service and guide distributors through their initial case submission
    • Be a product and administrative process expert for distribution partners
    • Maintain sales tracking reports and records
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders for post issuance reporting and ongoing policy servicing  matters such as Finance, Distribution Support Services, Policy Servicing
    • Management of commission statements and payments tracking
    • Present a professional and positive image of the HNW unit, as well as maintaining constructive internal relationships
    • Manage all sales and marketing material inventory and necessary content updates
    • Maintain all distributor agreements and manage updates when needed
    • Monitor competitor and general market activity and provide feedback to management
    • Contribute to sales and distribution team efficiencies and develop and promote a positive culture within the team
