SingaporePermanent PositionAn established global brand name is currently looking to expand their Digital Banking business, and they are hiring an experience Digital professional to drive online sales in Singapore. As a senior member of the team, this is a unique opportunity to join a Globally prominent bank, where you will interact with senior management and influence decisions. You are expected to deliver significant jump in Digital sales through segment targeting and leveraging on latest digital technologies, while working with various teams including product and marketing to have a cohesive digital acquisition strategy. In return, you will enjoy an attractive total remuneration of up to S$220,000.

- Driving an increase in digital sales via all the Digital channels across the retail banking products, and looking to drive the digital agenda through digital targets.
- Building a ‘best in class’ digital sales strategy locally that will lead and deliver value across the key operating activities that span sales management, digital messaging, digital optimization and digital data, and working with wider stake holders to lead, encourage and drive results locally
- Design Digital sales funnel optimisation strategy spanning all Digital channels (Web, Online, Paid, Social, Instant messaging, Email, SMS, Push, etc) in close cooperation with key stakeholders in Country, Region & Group (Digital Marketing, Retail Analytics, Digital banking, Technology, Compliance, Digital risk & Segment team)
- Work closely with the 3rd party vendors (Aggregators), digital agencies, Country Product Team, Marketing, and Group functional teams (Digital Acquisition and Digital Marketing) as we aim to increase Online Sales through Digital Channels.
- Cost management by driving incremental online sales by alternative mediums to drive organic online sales

- Outstanding subject matter expertise of digital channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations.
- Strong personal links in the digital and finance industry
- Strong experience in top to bottom sales funnel management
- Must have experience in Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics
- Understanding of web based content management platforms and html/css/java scripts
- Exceptional understanding of the user funnel, journey conversion points and UI/UX within the website for increased conversions and website optimisation
